Thomas Mower Martin, 1838 - 1934, was a English-born, Canadian landscape painter whose works covered a variety of media including oils and watercolour.
Martin, dubbed the Father of Canadian Art, produced landscapes and portraits and was one of the Railway Painters who was given free rail passes by Canadian Pacific for the purpose of painting western landscapes.
